Prerequisites for scuba diving


  • The age limit for scuba diving is above 10 years and below 52 years.
  • A person must be physically and mentally fit.
  • A person is not suffering from diabetes, breathing problems, or ear problems.
  • People suffering from sea sickness, aquaphobia, and blackouts are not eligible for diving.
  • A person who has undergone recent surgery or taking medication for a specific illness is not eligible for scuba diving. 

Cost of scuba diving in Havelock


The prices for one-time scuba diving vary from INR 3500 to INR 6000 depending on dive type and duration. Shore diving costs INR 3500 per person and it includes 30 minutes of dive time, 1 video of 2 minutes, and 20 photos per person. 


The cost of boat dive (deep dive) costs INR 5500 per person. It includes 45 minutes of underwater dive, 2 videos, and 40 photos per person. The scuba diving in Andaman price may vary as per seasonal and off-seasonal changes and depends on the quality of dives from one dive school to another.
